Somerstone brokers land sale in Oak Creek

On behalf of Highgate LLC, Somerstone LLC faciliated the disposition of a 4.06 acre development site located at 7869 South 13th Street in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Birmingham, Alabama-based development firm The Sanders Trust is planning construction of Lifepoint Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital. Construction is expected to start in 2Q25 and be completed in 11-14 months. Lifepoint Rehabilitation is a leading provider of acute inpatient rehabilitation services, with over 25 years of experience managing 300+ hospital-based rehabilitation units, medical/surgical and outpatient therapy settings and more than 45 joint venture inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) across the country. The facility will care for patients recovering from acute health care events that require advanced rehabilitation services.
