Part of the Fox Run redevelopment, Somerstone successfully negotiated a ground lease for a 4.22 acre site (formerly occupied by an aging Sentry grocery store) with Ascension Medical Group Wisconsin for the construction of a 33,000 square foot micro hospital. Somerstone subsequently sold the ground lease to a west coast exchange buyer.
Located at the northwest corner of West St. Paul Avenue and West Sunset Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin, the site anchors the Fox Run development which is home to a new Landmark Credit Union, Chase Bank, and The Den at Fox Run luxury apartments (72 units).
