Phase II at the Den at Fox Run is underway
Construction of a new 63-unit apartment building will complement the existing 72-unit The Den at Fox Run
Somerstone, in partnership with Bedford Development and VJS Construction Services, is excited to bring additional housing opportunities to Waukesha. The $16M+ project will feature underground parking, a fitness center, a resident lounge and leasing office. With a range of unit sizes from studios to three-bedrooms, flexible options will be available for a variety of residents. The four-story multifamily community will feature a concrete and cold-formed metal framing system and include an enclosed lower-level parking structure. Each unit includes thoughtfully designed interiors with custom cabinetry and in-unit washers and dryers. Completion is anticipated in 3Q2027.
