First Watch is coming to Racine

Somerstone is excited to announce the recent closing of the purchase of the existing IHOP building located on an outlot of the Pritchard Park Mall in Racine, Wisconsin. IHOP elected not to extend their lease of the property. Recognizing the excellent location and access as well as rapidly improving regional growth drivers, First Watch executed a long-term lease of the property prior to closing on the purchase. Substantial improvements will be invested to convert the building to First Watch design standards. Construction is anticipated to be completed by late 2026 or early 2027.
